O TERRORISMO E O DESENVOLVIMENTO DA CULTURA DA PAZ

THE TERRORISM AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CULTURE OF PEACE

Diante de mais um atentado terrorista,agora em Nice na França,e da violência que se espalha cada dia mais no Oriente Médio,nos Estados Unidos,como já aconteceu na Espanha,na Inglaterra,ou nas Olimpíadas da Alemanha,e diante do crescimento de formas mais subtis de violência,como a fome que mata milhões de pessoas no mundo,o fundamentalismo que joga culturas ou crenças religiosas contra outras crenças ou culturas, as ditaduras que amordaçam povos,quer de forma aberta,como em países da África,ou de forma mais sofisticada,como na China, em Cuba e em outros países da Ásia,ou mesmo no Brasil,onde mais 50 mil brasileiros são mortos anualmente (o que equivale a 2 atentados de Nice,diariamente), vale meditar sobre o comentário feito pelo Dr. Federico Major, ao receber o livro “PARTICIPAÇÃO E SOLIDARIEDADE,a Revolução do Terceiro Milênio,agora editado na França (Participation et Solidarité,la Révolution du Troisième Millenaire-Éditions Universitaires Européennes). Foi o seguinte comentário postado pelo Dr.Federico Major:

In the face of one more terrorist attack, now in Nice, France, and in the face of violence that spreads each day more in Middle East, in the Unites States of America as it happened in Spain, in England or in the German Olympics and in front of the growth of the subtle forms of violence as hunger which kill millions of people in the world, the fundamentalism that plays religious beliefs or cultures against other beliefs or cultures, dictatorships that gag people, in an open form as countries in Africa, or in a sophisticated way as in China, in Cuba and in other countries of Asia, or even in Brazil, where more than fifty thousand of Brazilians are killed annually (which equals to two attacks in Nice daily), it’s worth meditate about the comment of Doc. Federico Major, when he received the book “PARTICIPATION AND SOLIDARITY, the Revolution of the Third Millennium, now edited in France (Participation et Solidarité,la Révolution du Troisième Millenaire-Éditions Universitaires Européennes). It was the following comment posted by Doc. Federico Major:

“Participation e Solidariedade efectivamente es la Evolucion necessária,sino será La Revolution del terror nel tercer Milenio”.
“Participation and Solidarity is effectively the necessary evolution, other wise it’ll be the Revolution of Terror in the third millennium.”
Federico Major Zaragoza,como se sabe,além de uma série de funções relevante ocupadas na Espanha ,na União Européia, e outros organismos internacionais,foi Diretor Geral da Unesco, em Paris,de 1987 a 1998,onde introduziu o programa da educação e da cultura da paz,tendo em seguida, retornando à sua origem,criado junto à Universidade de Madri,onde é catedrático, a Fundação pela Cultura da Paz.
Federico Major Zaragoza, as its known, beyond a number of relevant occupied functions in Spain, in the European Union and other international organisms, he was the director general of UNESCO in Paris, from 1987 to 1998, where he introduced the program of education and culture of Peace, next then returning to its origin, he created at the University of Madrid, where he is a professor, the Foundation for the Culture of Peace.

É a evidência da irreversibilidade da mudança civilizatória que acontecerá no mundo,e que acontecerá no rumo da evolução,COMO DIZ Federico Major, através da Participação e da Solidariedade,nova forma de se organizar dos estados,como da sociedade,ou da evolução das pessoas,o pela violência,pelo terror,que poderão alcançar dimensões inimagináveis.
It’s the evidence of the irreversibility of the civilizational change that will happen in the world and that will happen in the course of evolution AS SAID Federico Major, through the Participation and Solidarity, new form of organize itself of the States as of society, or people evolution, by violence, by terror that will be able to reach unimaginable dimensions.
Por onde se dará essa mudança ,vai depender um pouco,ou muito ,da participação de cada um de nós,da minha,da sua participação querido amigo,querida amiga, na dimensão possível de cada um.Mas ninguém pode simplesmente lavar as mãos, achando-se dispensado.
Where it’ll be this change, it’ll depend on a little or a lot of the participation of each one of us, of my, of your participation my dear friend, in the possible dimension of each one. But no one can simply wash hands, finding yourself relieved.
Quero levar esse apelo também,mais forte ainda, às instituições sociais,especialmente às universidades,inovadoras do saber,mas sob a constante tentação de se deixar levar pelo apelo da inovação da ciência e da tecnologia das coisas,esta tecnologia capaz de levar a ambição humana a Marte ou a Júpiter, de penetrar nos mistérios da vida e dos limites da engenharia das coisas sempre prioritárias,mas esquecidas da prioridade da ciência e da tecnologia do homem e de sua engenharia social o que explica a desorganização da sociedade e seus ameaçadores ou trágicos conflitos.
I also want to take this appeal, even stronger, to the social institutions, specially the universities, innovative of the knowledge, but under the constant temptation to get carried away by the appeal of innovation of science and technology of things, this technology can lead to human ambition to Mars or Jupiter, to penetrate the mysteries of life and the limits of engineering of the ever-priority things but forgotten the priority of science and man’s technology and social engineering which explains the disorganization of society and its threatening or tragic conflicts.

Desses conflitos,ou do abandono,também pelas universidades,da ciência e da tecnologia da dimensão humana e da organização social sempre postas em segundo plano,reforço,constituem conseqüência e sinal evidente, a violência em suas múltiplas formas,o terrorismo,a desagregação dos laços que viabilizam a sociedade civilizada.Se esse processo de desorganização não for revertido,de nada terão servido os avanços da tecnologia das coisas,sempre postas em prioridade,sobre a ciência e a tecnologia do homem e da organização social.
From these conflicts, or abandonment, also by universities, Science and technology of the human dimension and social organization always put in the background, I reinforce, constitute consequence and evident sign, violence in its various forms, terrorism, the breakdown of bonds that enable civilized society. If this process of disorganization isn’t reversed, nothing will have served the advances in technology of things, always put a priority on Science and technology of man and social organization.
